I think constantly talking about productivity and being recommended content in the same vein does add to the idea of productivity being toxic. It also doesn't help with the media coining and looking down on "quit quitting" which is basically doing your job description and freeing up your free time and capacity to focus on your non work goals. I think it's important to have a healthy relationship with productivity like you said but it's also healthy to just logg off and focus on practicing your tools because social media can create a lot of noise and will make you forget that in the past couple of decades we've increased productivity exponentially but our hours of work and pay haven't changed significantly. Rest and play are just as important and need to be intentionally accommodated in our schedules. first video watched of you. nice to see a small creator. keep it up!

It's true, productivity content is a bit of a double edged sword and its definitely great to log off and specifically make time for breaks and all the fun stuff. The quiet quitting trend is pretty interesting- i feel like it's becoming accepted (maybe not in mainstream media but among smaller content creators at least) but then the term "quitting" does have a negative connotation for simply doing your job.
Of course when we create content always have problem more but after i watch your video finish i understand it so lot and thank for provide this knowledge
