I liked how I felt on forskolin and seemed to help with fat loss too. However I saw a massive uptick in hairloss and acne. The mechanism affects so many things that it is likely not great to mess with it.
This is most likely due to increasing testorsterone. Hightened testosterone leads to increased DHT, which are the leading causes of acne and hairloss. Try adding MSM (bioavailable sulphur) to your supplement protocol. This should help with acne. It might help with hairloss too, but that's one I'd need to look into.
Thank you for this video! It's an interesting introduction to forskolin. I think I agree with eruiluvatar236, that it seems to be a fairly broad target for supplementation. When cAMP does so many things it's hard to know if the effect of increasing forskolin intake will be positive.
Adenylyl cyclase may well be the primarily clinically relevant target, but it seems choline transporter blockade is consistent with its desired effects, too: reduced appetite and increased cardiac output. But its anticholinergic effects would presumably also account for some side effects.
I am using it time to time. What I have learned that alone it does nothing. But it has been in supplement stacks which has lead me tovery high productivity. Probably it is not good to activate AC in every cell of body for long periods of time :D
Thanks you!. Hopefully, the ITP will use animal doses which can be considered, when converted, to be within the normal range (or at least reasonable range) for humans. This is where the ITP seemed to miss the mark on some of their tests (astaxanthin for example).
@@viracocha2021 If I recall correctly the human dose equivalent was about 1,000 mg whereas the typical supplement dose is around 4 to 12 mg. They make it difficult to see this difference as they do not put the human equivalent dose in their paper or give the typical dietary amount. This is a problem with nearly all animal based supplement studies.
intro is too cheesy... less would be more, much less would be much more . how can he unspecific effect of raising cAMP al over the body be beneficial? everything i going overdrive, ok, this may help with some conditions to find a new balance. but then I also would expect that only short bouts of administration would be advisable... i may grow cancer cells faster than the activated immune system can remove them. Flies after all live just 40 days, and do not develop cancer
It could as LH receptor ir GPCR-s which signals to AC. In other words, it could circumvent the problem of the lutenising hormone and/or its receptor. Probably forskolin cream should be made and rubbed into balls :D
That intro gets me; love it. Sheekey brings it 💯 every time with her vids. Big Ups and Respect.
Forskolin causes extreme arrhythmia in me. Brilliant vid, filled with wisdom and great questions. Your are a gift to all who will take note.
Its anticholinergic so that could explain the issue.
Whattt, new intro? Do we need to start a longevity band? My guitar journey only started recently but happy to make it happen XD

Can you do a similar video on CREBBP?

Wow, nice new open! Haven't been here in a while.
Your information outstanding, god bless your education of we the herbalist and me the medical missionary
forskolin not only reduce fat but alot other factors can help to work it. like fasting and excersise...
thanks for sharing great knowledge ❤
havent watched one of your vids in at least a year, WOW this intro is epic.

What happened to Astaxanthin? I thought it worked.

@@peterz53 Oh wow! 1g is a lot. I hope other carotenoids are filling some gaps because I'm only taking 12mg of Astaxanthin.
And why should they put a not tested human dosage in an animal study? Strange idea
Awesome topic 🙌
it's a shame, my doctor took mine from me when i was little.
💀💀
New to know forskolin
That intro was awesome.
I pause your vidio get my sketch pad colored pencil and follow copy your metabolic pathway lectures, your medical missionary evangelist fan club
That music though...
ugh…

Cool intro 😎 👌
At quick glance I thought the title said 'foreskin' 😬😳
so funny i love this song
Some people believe this molecule increases testosterone. Any thoughts?
I prefer the old and tried white rhinoceros horn powder
Are you bullshitting me? I’ve never heard of that.
@@blindandlearning9379 It's facts. Look up studies by prof. Steph Rod, Wee Dong et al from Peking University.

I never heard of this maybe add a little DMSO for Absorption of the skin
❤
What about Forskolin's scandalous alcohol anagram cousin, Forskinol? Just kidding, sorry. Was that funny? Sorry
Pretty stupid video for an alleged scientist who is the clear thinker able to present bullet thoughts instead of blah blah blah😢😢😢😢
That sucks 3:28 of the worst openingtheme!
