Came to this conclusion thanks to Hajime no Ippo where Genji keeps calling Ippo "Kozo". Also really deep when the Demon tell "Force is Absolute", "Truth is One", "You and me are Absolute", "We are One".

It does make sense but it would actually be written "kozou" (小僧). Although that also could mean "baby elephant" (小象). どうでもいい / Who knows :D
