Question, while heading westbound of this bridge, can passengers get a good view of the SFO Int'l Airport to their right? At least they can get a further look of the San Fracisco skyline far away to look northwest.

It’s too far. Better if you can see it from some viewpoints on I-280.

West I believe. If I'm not mistaken, only west has a toll, while east is toll-free.

Definitely west. The bend is at the west side of the bridge.
