Hi Malvika..today I was in so much pain due to clogged ducts and its the very first time I got one and my baby is 17 months old. I searched the entire internet and tried everything I could. Then I remembered that you had the same issue and had posted a video..immediately I searched and rewatched it..I did the hot compress and massaged. Then I fed my baby while massaging and it was like magic! All those lumps just disappeared and I could feel the let down. Thank you so much for sharing this and I believe all mothers will find this useful in such situations❤

Hot compression and squeezing out the milk little bit worked for me as well. These issues slowly faded away when my boy turned 1 cuz he feeds more. I fed him breast milk nearly for 2 and half years thou’😅 We love you mals, you’re a super woman you rock gurrrllll ❤

Its very common to get breast engorgement in early months of breast feeding. And yes I also did hot compress and that helped me instantly. I was feeding and compessing at the same tym.. it was like so much milk for her.. borh of us happy
Watching your videos are just the best things on sundays after dinner ✨ and yes as lactation counsellors we also recommend feeding directly than using a breast pump as your oxytocin hormone rises up and drains the breast milk quickly. Also avoid bottle feeds as it may cause nipple confusion for abby.. Although it doesn't happen overnight.. But chances are high that they might transition towards bottle and you won't get to understand the reason of the same.. Happy breastfeeding 👶

I’ve noticed doing nothing but just getting back to normal regular feeding will help it resolve from my personal experience. Takes a couple of days though. Massaging it made it worse for me!!!
Hey Malvika, if your baby is feeding constantly its normal to get less from pump. Baby is much more efficient at removing milk than a pump. If she is getting good wet diapers that means you have plenty of milk
Hey Mals ! Get Abby a play mat … they used to keep Amaira completely entertained ! They have lil things hanging and a lil piano thing near the feet so when she kicks, it makes a noise… Babies love it ❤

Cold compress plz not hot compress. Take cauliflower leaf and freeze it and then apply it on breast as cold compress fir clogged ducts. Massage also works. Express ur milk regularly. I had a surgery coz of this so i know abt this😢

Swaddle her it might work for her to sleep during the day also the milk supply will slowly start increasing you keep pumping whenever you get the time, sleep when the baby is sleeping this is not possible all the time but do try, try not to hold her when she falls asleep, immediately put her on the bed hope this will help
She is not raising the child alone. She have her mother and all other househelps, video editing team making team etc etc.in fact this is even better ghan regular middle class in laws who doesn't help you but only "थोपो ढेर सारा ज्ञान

Soak Fenugreek seeds in water overnight and drink the water...it helps so much with Milk supply
