you drop all the credit for that on radiziani the owner .. he made a massive effort to turn the club into a family and comunity club ... then him getting bielsa was a massive coup... the fact he never stayed anywere long is he is a man of his word and if clubs lie to him and break there promises hes off ... leeds stuck to his entire way of doing things backed him to the hilt .. the fans love him the players love him managment owners and fans all pulling in the same direction ... the prem clubs should be fecking terrified every year leeds strengthen under bielsa cause shit aint gonna get any easier against them
