Great guide! Switched back to arms this week for the first time in a long time and am actually really having fun with it! Its not S tier but warrior is what i know best so we make it work 😊 buffs incoming too with 11.0.5 which should help a decent amount
My arms build focuses haste and uses the slayer hero talent tree, my idea is trying to get more procs from the slayer tree through rapid attacks from having high haste.
@@bootscatsbootscatsboots ill answer u just use thunderclap when enemy's are in range and u don't have another button. You want to maintain Rend but don't go too far out of the way to do it.
Also the "Martial Expert" talent in the 1st row of the Colossus tree says "Critical strike dmg increased by 10% and increase the amount of damage by your critical blocks by 20%" that 2nd part abt the blocks is only prot right? its just a tooltip bug and it shows for arms too ig?
@@BajheeraWoW that’s too bad, it’d be rly fun to have stuff like that in the game, WW monk kind of have these brew mechanics built in now with their class tree and hero tree, it’d be interesting to have that too for warriors, but oh well
use thunderclap to apply rend. You need to have your kill target hamstringed 100% of the time. Slam is filler and whirlwind is useless unless you are Fury AOE build
hey, i will be back into wow on the upcoming wed again and i will be playing arms, i dont care if its mid, is this guide still viable or already outdated because conquest gear is now ingame? anyone can answer for that matter, just want to play arms to the best ability i can
For bg you can play both and do fine. Arena it’s rough for both mainly because you don’t have magic defense in a caster meta. That being said I have been having a ton of fun playing this build. Big demolish is so rewarding. Plus it’s getting buffed.
@@carlodefalco13 it still seems to cleave, but maybe you’re not getting the double up, check your colossal might stacks when Bladestorming multiple targets!
"Lazy on buttons" i think of if one would drive stick shift and another prefers automatic , both works fine... but one can actually control the car better and it's more fun !

Do you need to maintain Rend up? If so, whats the source you do that? Manually applying, from Thunder Clap or something else? Thanks in advance.

Yeah that's just buffing Crit Damage for Arms I'd imagine!

no, dont even bind it, better of using harmstring to refresh slow or rend/thunderclap
I would put the Avatar before warbreaker in the macro so that wb can benefit from the buff :)

How r u apllying rend im not seeing it or is it macro on ur abilities?
Thunderclap applies rend without needing Blood and Thunder as of TWW
But sometimes he just hits and it aplly rend or when he mortal strike
@@ahmedtashkandi3997 there is a talent that makes him apply rend with mortal strike when the target is below a certain hp. I think its below 20%
The talent "Bloodletting" MS puts Rend on the target under 35% hp.
Above 35% hp, Thunderclap applies Rend as long as you take the Rend talent.
What if I replace the piercing howl with just the spear (without crit buffs)?
You can't. Its is a requirements unless you take off one of the other (below) talents.

Went online and made some of my own macros for arms. Not going to lie without macros it's alot of keybinds. Can't imagine warlock oooooooof
in pvp furry does literally double the arms dmg in 30s same with burst
