Epic never fails to disappoint with these ui changes
They changed the creative ui 💀Did they literally not see the thousands of complaints for the locker ui??? Epic is lacking, they are fixing things that aren’t broken. This update was literally just for the worse, only 3 new weapons, 2 of them were already in creative as a bugged item that was removed in chapter 2. No new devices or gallery’s or settings. The ui is atrocious, when they changed the movement I thought I would just get used to it and everything else. The locker ui was crazy bad and was hated as much as when the new movement was released, and now they have done it with the creative ui, seriously bad update. This feels almost like they don’t care about our feedback, which it seems they don’t if this is what they’re pushing out. Give us a choice at least, updates like these are what seriously demotivate me to make maps, it’s not like the event system where I know it’s better and I just have to get used to it, this just like adding a sub menu for when you want to delete, copy or cut. It’s unnecessary change for the worse.
Super hyped to check out the custom NPCs we have been wait for something like this for years

The cool part is they recently fixed Jules's drum gun to make it not look like midas's drum gun now.
I hope we get the rest of the chapter 2 and 3 mythic weapons in creative

If Chapter 5 Season 1 weapons were in Creative mode then it would for sure crashed Creative with how much uses that the Reaper Sniper Rifle, Ch5 S1 Smg or Ch5 S1 Bootleg Drum Shotgun will be

I think that the new ui for creative and the settings tab is super unfriendly for console player's because the opinions on the side take priority over the actual items and setting. Besides that i am supper exited to see what people make with this update!!
I don’t like the menu for the galleries and weapons but I do like what they did to the settings tab
@@lucasestoes_ yea its pretty good on pc but you have to select it after moving to it on controller, which is a pain if you are changing more than two or three settings.
Yeah the new ui just ruined creative for me it’s so slow and hard to navigate I’m sick of Fortnite making stuff that was already good to trash

To let you know Mustard, the Jam Tracks/Emotes feature is basically what's available in the FN Festival Jam Stage and Battle Royale, where you can mix together different songs with playing the drums and stuff.
custom npc? grapple blade? could possibly make an attack on titan map for my friends !

Hope fully they will improve the creative interface (like the are doing in the locker small quality of life changes) where you place prefabs and galleries and the island setting s some of the interface is good some is bad, also love the update btw.
Finally there's gonna be zombie survival maps that use real zombies and not those cube monster things!
For reall and people could make sctual bosses too
Finally they updated the creative manniquin and guard, ive been waiting for that forever!
We need “infinite worlds” where the world is procedurally loaded and we can create presets and patterns for the island that are set in random orders across different points on a map that unloads fully when you aren’t near it but saves modifications by the player when it’s reloaded creating the illusion and functionality of a open world .
The crossbow was added in season 3 and removed in like season 5 I don't remember.
After years we finally got the mythic goldfish back!.... just... not in battle royale 🙂

They should just add the locker to customize creative npcs and henchmen with. I don’t need a bloated, harder to navigate list.
5:23 this aint new at all, they just didnt add it to creative for some reason and it disappeared quickly
It was in the game all the way back in Chapter 2 Season 4. But was never added to Creative
I honestly hate the new creative UI. I hate it when Epic keeps trying to fix things that aren't broken.
Typical Epic. Players hate the new UI, so Epic puts it in creative. Things have gone downhill since your brother left.

I'm tired of every creative update breaking the game, now my map does not work due to a glitch with the mutator zone.

i dont understand why they changed the creative UI, there were no problems with the old one and now it sucks so much, selecting multiple tags is now completely non existent, i dont get the inclusion of featured tabs and a home menu at all?? its just weird

honestly really nice how theyre finally adding some of the older br items to creative alongside newer ones!! hoping for grab-itron next because that would be cool to see and i dont see why they can't add it because other stuff that move props like the shockwave hammer or ufos work as intended

Hey I have a huge question one of my creative maps lags when ever i start the game. it's the only one that does so. the memory is only 75% full. so wondering if you know why that is. It only laggs when i start the game. if i try to move or pick up an item, it's all delayed
Fire trap was there during the marvel season (C2S4)
Really? I played the entire season and not a single trace of Fire Traps were there (As of my memory). The only place I say Fire Traps was in Save the World.

The fire trap is not new, it released in the marvel season
It's also there in STW
Ive been having some of the biggest bugs with the melee wepons manager, such as not being able to connect it with the events browser, having buggs in vending machines etc. It would also be cool if there were more options for it.

Crazy to see how it took so long for the mythic goldfish from the beginning of chapter 2 and fire trap from chapter 2 season 4 to be added to creative. Let’s hope the next updates will add all the alien items and the mutator zone having an alien manure effect. Also the grabatron and eventually just add copyrighte free versions of old collab items even if they arnt in br.
Here I was hoping for new props and prefabs, it feels like creative is dying.
They are using creative 2.0 as an excuse to literally not add anything.

PLEASE READ! I’m pretty sure the disable when receiving from option is broken on the mutator zone device. I had it set to a 20 second timer to enable weapon firing and now I don’t know how to change it so it works again, is there another way?

There’s a glitch this update brought where when you grab a build in creative it will go in front of your camera and your game freezes or crashes and it’s impossible to build on console at the moment at least for me this glitch needs fixed immediately
The Crossbow was an item in Chapter 1, never added for 4 chapters
Now way the added the season 3 crossbow. It’s been nearly 6 years since it got vaulted

Creative royal is most likely still disabled because we don't have the chapter 5 weapons, i haven't played the new update yet but you could do a glitch to get into creative royal and all the weapons from the chest and vaults would be missing besides things like med kits so until we get the chapter 5 weapons creative royal will probably be disabled
They need to add all weapons like the marvel

I will say I was a but disappointed when Meowscles wasn't an option for the guards...

I’m having problems with the damage device
The two squares with an arrow icon most likely relates to Project Hermes which seems to allow the sharing of assets between players. This may link to Fab marketplace sontgat creators can sell UEFN/FNC assets to each other.
The Custom NPCs is also a feature complete package now allowing Verse access to AI, meshes, animations and pathfinding. So while you can use the existing Guard and Wildlife presets you can actually create completely new NPCs from scratch. That is an absolute game changer for the platform. These are saved as new Assets which are self-contained including the Verse file references meaning they could potentually be sharable via Project Hermes.
Does this mean it's possible to make full on NPC bosses in Fortnite Creative now? Things like the Storm King, Caretakers, Klombo, The Herald, or that Fire Wolf thing from the Kid Laroi Concert? Basically, large/ customizeable NPCs that can have multiple phases or actions?
@@TheEpicGalaxy21 While Storm King-like bosses were already possible using sequencers and invisible damagable props this uodate is more like opening the doors to Dark Soul-like bosses who freely move around the environment and react to the player(s). You can still apply scripted sequences but the bosses could use either Guard AI or you can write your own behaviours.
@@KryyssTVYeah, that's true. I think I just mentioned the Storm King because despite technically being possible, I've not really seen many really good/ cool boss fights making use of that. Though I guess the same applies to pretty much everything in UEFN. Despite a ton of really cool things being TECHNICALLY possible, the only things you ever see in Discovery is the same generic red vs blue, zone wars, 1v1, or boxfight maps... *now with a bunch of equally generic superpowers!*
@@TheEpicGalaxy21 Well that is the problem with how Epic are handling Discovery and the engagement program. Why spend a few months making something innovative when you can cobble together a boxfight in two weeks and get paid for players? Even FutureTrash, the team behind Xplosive Deathrun and other projects, decided to just stop making any real effort and created a Boxfight.

I loaded creative up today to find that my zombies waves didn't work anymore, i hope that gets fixed
Most of the creative maps are so buggy and would not work I tried like 10 different maps and it so buggy and it so unplayable

I believe that the Fire Trap is supposed to shoot out fireballs like the Flare Gun when fire is enabled.
The fire trap is the same as it was in battle royale as far as I’m aware
