taking into account that would feed at least 5 people and you're not going to find those ingredients easily it's not that bad even if it's on the expensive side
The eggs themselves are pretty expensive, so no shock it’s that price
Anyone who will actually order this knows its expense for obvious reasons
This whole place is *mostly* reasonably priced. They have a lot of hard to source items and could probably get away with charging 50% more than they do because of that. You have to remember, this isn't somewhere you go to eat every day, it's an experience.

The ostrich egg would account for majority of what you pay for when you buy the meal because of how hard it is to get ostrich eggs and because of the fact that ostriches don't and can't lay as much eggs as chickens.
