    Can you link these capacitors in parallel to increase the time that the bulb will run?

      If you mean more capacitor "banks" in parallel , Yes
      But if you mean connecting the "2.7V capacitors" in parallel NO, because they have low voltage (only 2.7V) and the inverter need 12V.
