1:50 setting password, everytime I click enter it's say Error 1698

Try to start sql in save mode:
step one : restart termux
then run this , to skip the permission check:
-mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &
then try to connnect again
-mysql -u root
Once connected change the password using.
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'your_new_password';
replace "your new password" with your actual password though.
Restart termux and continue the video at 1:50 , let me know.
