Filling your cup first is something I struggle with and it shows up later when I start to lash out at my hubby or yell at the kids. This is something that I am definitely trying to work on this year!
One of the things that I find is commonly a trigger for stress in everyone is clutter. If our days seem more impossible to get through than usual I try to do a massive purge. That almost always helps! Even if it ends up being something else that’s the main culprit, getting rid of excess stuff at least takes the edge off.
I think priorities are personal to the individual. What's most important to you? 1. Connection and character training 2. Healthy food 3. Homeschool 4. Housework 5. Everything else
I'd love to say yes to this. But no I don't. Sometimes I'm in the gym at 7am and other times it 10am. It really is just part of the rhythm I talked about. My day starts with the gym whenever my feet hit the floor.

Clutter is such a big one for me too. Physical and mental clutter. Sometimes I have to do brain dump list.

Do you have a set wake up time? I’m having a hard time getting my workouts in before school starts…I also no longer set an alarm 😅
