The problem is, it's one thing to judge a player's game and say they are not playing well, but it's another thing to disrespect players and call them out of their name. RC called him a fraud. Aaron responded by saying "whats your vax status?" Then here goes SAS stirring the white/black pot and trying to make it racial. Athletes are getting tired of it. Now that they are calling out the BS, it's a problem. Years ago, Stephen A Smith, used to dog the shyt out of Big Dog Glen Robinson and call him all types of names. When Big Dog saw SAS and was about to whoop his ass, now it's a problem. When Kwame Brown calls out SAS for disrespecting him for years, now it's a problem. Even years ago, when Jim Everett went at Jim Rome on his show for calling Everett out of his name, now it's a problem.
These sports shows are not just critiquing players. They are turning into platforms where analysts try to get headlines, views, and clicks by saying the most outrageous, disrespectful things they can think of to get famous. This is 100% what made SAS famous. It's the reason why I stopped watching shows like First Take years ago.

If we just talk about this last beef, the one that started with Rodgers taking shots at people who talk about football in an asinine way, I really do not see where he deserves respect. Dude is obviously pissed because most commentators are talking about how terrible of a season he had, and he tried to delegitimize their opinion basically by pulling rank: I'm a better player than they were, so they have no title to evaluate me. And his reply was even worse, where he basically said their football resumes count for nothing and they are allowed to talk on tv only because of their vaccine status, completing avoiding the subject of his playing as if that was not an issue at all. When RC calls him a fraud, he is referring to Rodgers' attempt to dismiss critiques calling their authors incompetent and liars that are only doing a hit job on him because of his anti-vax stand, trying once again to milk the same cow, but one time too many, as we all have seen his playing.
