This project is really nice and helpful. FC 25 will be my third Fifa and I never played a manager career mode before because I found it too complicated. But with this format I get the knowledge and motivation to start a career as manager.

Idea 1:
when Enes Ünal doesn’t perform well or you want to sell him, you should think for a backup in January (so he gets some experience), look for someone like Maximilian Beier (might be expensive, he costs €29M)
Idea 2: change the tactics, the defending against Newcastle wasn’t the best especially as it’s in our home ground, choose a tactic like gegenpress, since there are some pacey players in the squad, you could take advantage of fast counter attacks
Idea 3: start Luis Sinisterra some more, he’s really pacey and can fill in for Semenyo when needed, in some career modes I’ve done, Sinisterra was scoring a lot for me, idk if it will be different for fc 25
Idea 4: mayyyyyyyyyybe put a development plan for Zabarnyi
