Creme Brulee is indeed yummy. I think at this point I have torched maybe a few thousand of them, at work.
It's a pretty lengthy process to make them. It's basically a custard-ish dish. So you make your base with vanilla/egg/sugar/cream. You gotta put the filled dishes into a water bath, cover and bake them low and slow. They are very easy to mess up.
Cool em, and then a quick dusting of sugar(usually raw sugar), and a few seconds with a blowtorch!
