100000% These Players were cheating. people who know how the game works and has an idea on how aimbot works. could tell these guys were cheating. the fact they would rush with lancers only knowing they have no recoil or bloom. is sus af. ive used to play against overtime back in early 2020 when he was a xbox player and at one point he was a "semi pro" he was a full on shotty player. ever since last year when he moved over to pc. hes became a shroud on gears 5. and doesn't miss 99% of the time. he's gotten exposed for cheating on gears 4 early last year. his main account which was "overtime" got banned after i submitted clips that people sent me about him. and hes still going at it with the aimbot. his gt "overtime" got moved to a new account to horde it, since it was banned. and now is going by the name "PTOvertime". now for lAeum he tried to play it a bit smart at the start of the game only using no recoil/no bloom on weapons. but was spotted very quickly by my friend kwe. his lancer did more damage than usual since all shots connected + no bloom. at the end of the match you can see he went full out abusing aimbot and sniping everyone that was on his crosshair. at 8:35 he sniped me in .1 sec of him aiming in. and thats not how the sniper works in any gears (unless its osok which they edited the sniper for it to play like that). you cant popshot a sniper and the bullet go straight. thats where the no recoil/bloom goes into play and makes that possible. at the end of the day. these 2 players are weird af for having to use cheats in gears 5 AND PAY FOR THEM LOL, their teammate that was partied up with them is weird knowing they have aimbot. and for "fasha szn" hes a content creator from the LATAM side and kinda disappointed on the fact he was still trying so hard when he had hackers on his team.

i have clips of them as well, you can tell from their lancer killcams bc all their hit markers are red (headshots). especially obvious when getting beamed through smoke good win tho, sadly they wont get banned since the game is dead
A sniper can shoot pretty straight fyi, the sniper in general doesn’t have recoil, or it doesn’t have enough to even notice, it has one shot each. Yeah they’re cheating, but complaining doesn’t really change the fact of that. It’s gears 5, just gotta accept it lol
Its terrible when you see people hacking on gears 5. But he isnt the worst hacker, ive played dudes that use the 1 shot down and run about with pistols just downing you and the auto recover..... trash cans
