Yeah, CEOs are raking in the billions while all the prices of EVERYTHING are going up, and us people are taking the brunt of it and it f-ing sucks! I feel you! It's awful. I hope the pendulum swings the other way soon. People need to show these companies with their money by not buying their stuff, although, we all need food and gas etc so not sure what the answer is, but I get it. When you get one raise a year, and it doesn't even cover inflation then we really are going backwards. UGH
I wish I was getting yearly raises...I haven't had a raise in 3 years...which is why I'm hopeful that we'll actually get raises this year. And last year was way too overwhelming/busy to even think about trying to find a new job hence just sticking it out (also the job market makes me want to cry cuz it's impossible). Soooo yea, I'm ready to hopefully not feel like I'm drowning 🙃the greed of this country is getting out of hand...
