Awesome sessions! I'm a big fan of your active mobilization approach. As you already covered a lot of focuses, I could only think of something like a regeneration session. One that you can fit in after a day on the rock or on a rest day complementing an antagonist workout for example.
Thanks, Konstantin for practicing together! Awesome that you are also a big fan of active mobility, stability approach. From all what I have learned and read so far, I feel this approach is the way to go if we want to develop a sustainable movement/yoga asana practice. Also, your suggestion for restorative session after climbing or during rest day sounds great. I will keep that in mind when planning future sessions!

Just discovered your channel the other day. I'm a climber as well, and I really enjoy your videos, hope you'll keep it up! :) I feel like I resonate very well with your energy. You seem really down to earth, and your way of doing and presenting yoga speaks to me more than most of the other yoga content I've seen on youtube. Really nice :) I haven't seen all your videos so don't know if you already did it, but something I would also love would be if you'd incorporate some energetic breathing in a video, like for example the fire breath. the move where you grab your feet behind your back when twisting made me cramp up so hard though, i couldn't do it! (im new to yoga , i hope i will get more flexible over time)

Thanks for your suggestion. Have you checked my other less than 30 min sessions? You can check one of the playlist you will find quite a few 30 min sessions there. From core flow to strong balance flow. Strong balance flow is wrist free almost completely :)

Love these videos! The audio is a little hard to hear, maybe it could be better if you record audio separately or use a remote mic?
Glad you enjoy them Tommy. These are my older videos that were recorded without the microphone. After I received donations on Gofundme I have bought a wireless microphone🙏🏽 If you are looking for a better sound videos, then do check out the ones after 2020 September, as this is the time when I was able to purchase the microphone and the sound quality is way better☀️
