I listened to his long diatribe yesterday...I agree with the person below. And would add that Netanyahu feels, to me, similar to Putin.... totally out of control, blind and deaf to reason, a hostage to his own violence and self aggrandisement, no humanity...he cares more about killing Palestinians with impunity than Israel's hostages...breathtaking that ANY West country supports him.. His alleged sadness about the hostages looked like crocodile tears. He is trying to justify his completely foul violence. In my view. And that IS just like Putin. 80 years, Jane Soole.

This is very true. Also good to note that the israeli's back 30-40 years ago started supporting hamas against "more moderate" groups in palestine. Reminds me of when the americans supported the taliban in afghanistan, also in the 80s

@@lukasmadrid1945 I don't think any hostages will be priced above defeating hamas and finally bringing peace to Israel, and if he does that then that is the biggest mistake he could make. You see, negotiating with hostages will just give hamas a "tool" and or "currency" called "hostages". You don't need a brain to realize this, and you really need this to be spelled out it means hamas will, from now on, get hostages anytime they need to shield themselves, and if Israel agrees to that how many hostages would suffer and die in the next hundred years? If hamas learns that hidden behind pregnant Palestinian women works, for how long will fhey use it for cover? Israel will spare countless Palestinian people by negating any of these strategies from the start and un rooting their ideas even if that means few people will have to pay for that with their lives. It sounds unfair, and it is, but who is making it unfair is hamas, Israel is just following logic to destroy its enemies as fast and with as little lives loss as possible.

A little disappointing that this journalist just comes out with a statement about Netanyahu that is gossip and accusation. Hamas has refused deals and negotiations are difficult and with the recent deaths of the hostages found in the tunnels murdered by Hamas - shot to death - what sort of negotiation is that? Hamas took hostages for the reason of propaganda knowing the relatives would put pressure on Netanyahu or any other PM to cause not only heartache but to cause fractions in the society and with the government. They dont care about the hostages (they are Nazis in actions but not in name) so what sort of “deal” do you think Hamas would actually adhere to?

If Biden agrees to the American-Israeli families request for the US to go it alone and approach Hamas to negotiate the release of their own loved ones then Netanyahu may have to consider much more than bidding time.

Netanyahu is trying to create a safer Israel for the future / otherwise what’s the point I’m pulling out of Gaza now ? It would go back to square one in a year / we are all involved in some kind of conflict with these Islamist’s from Australia to the uk our prisons are full of them / hence the support by the west to support Netanyahu / he’s got a plan and you’d have to be dumb not to see it // 👍
