We need the gears collection in master chief collection style so we can bring the multiplayer back to life to those games and just fix the movement in gears 2 to gears 3 style movement with 120 fps in 4K!and we will be happy
they should keep mp seperate from one another BUThave a MP that had all the maps all weapons and modes that had a movement and game tuning that was able to respect and unite them would be cool. or just make free to play gow mp and set up a shop for skins and just keep adding adding maps and skins. keep fine tuning it so its "perfect"
I miss the old gritty games. Honestly a collections is what the community needs. I crave to play gears but my last fav was the 3rd and I just can’t get into the clunk in the 5th
will be best to do Gears 1-4 (and incklude Judgement) as 4 and judgement is not available on PC/Steam. So these would be missing. Just like Halo 5 is the one missing from Steam. The 2 IPs I have always wanted on Steam from my xbox console days is Halo and Gears. As above, just missing Halo 5, so adding gears 1-4 plus Judgement would be the best way to go about it. Dont want missing campaigns in the Steam collection
We don’t need a stand alone gears 2 ultimate edition we need gears 1-3 collection just like the master chief collection to keep ALL gears 1-3 multiplayer to thrive with 1 application if you make it separate the multiplayer will eventually die overtime
I don’t think Xbox NEEDS a gears collection, especially with a bunch of other first party stuff coming this year. But GEARS as a franchise definitely needs something to bring the hype back. It’s been nearly 4 years since Gears 5’s launch, and around 2 years since any new content was added to it. Would be a nice lead up to Gears 6
This is basically how I felt for a long time, and I agree - Xbox has SO MANY good games, and many to come. However, with the success of recent remakes in the industry, and the good faith Xbox is looking to win with consumers, a collection would do no harm. :)

To have the original titles on PC would be nice. But ive been a big advocate for it not coming out.
