Walakumsalaam Warahmatullah sister, that's amazing mashaAllah sis! Just make a garment, take a pic either on yourself, model or even a mannequin and put it out there sis! Use platforms that already have customers looking for what you are selling like Etsy, Ebay and so on, but also build your social media pages and website on the side (this takes time). Once you get an order for one, simply make it and send it out. This model is even better than how I began because your overheads will be less. You don't really have to invest much money upfront until a customer places an order, which is amazing because you're not buying a bunch of stock 'hoping' sisters like and buy it.
In terms of building a whole brand, thats a lot more in depth. I do need to make sit down videos and go through everything I've learnt on my journey inshaAllah. But I have my devices full of these vlogs and really want to put them out in order. but I'm starting to think they'll take forever, maybe I should just do the sit downs now? lol

Walaikumsalaam Warahmatullah sis, I won't disclose my children's school on here for safety reasons, but if you Google Islamic School near me google will usually bring up any local Islamic Schools near you. Are you in the UK, London?

Walaikumsalaam Warahmatullah sis and Mabrook! So I have never been part of an online Hifdth Class or anything, I've always attended classes or 1to1 in person. In person is always best, especially if you need support in makhaarij and tajweed. But yes sis, as life gets busy and especially if you've already mastered makhaarij and tajweed that's when I began lessons 1to1 with an online teacher, either on zoom/skype. If you don't know of any please dm me on instagram @thelondonniqabi and I'll gladly share a few numbers with you. There are many Hifdth teacher from Egypt that teach online. BaraqAllahu Feekum x

Walaikumsalaam Warahmatullah sister, so I go to a women's ONLY gym/pool/sauna or at the least I may go to a women's only session. Either way the place is only accessible to women and I wear a full/modest swimsuit which includes a swimsuit, skirt and leggings :)

Sister one more thing, you mentioned the employees at your company wouldn’t have access to benefits if you had to let them go, how come? I just started a role as a benefits welfare adviser so wondering why they wouldn’t be able? Are they on spouse visas perhaps?
If the sisters are ever worried they can contact Citizens Advice helpline for free advice, also you can..
One more thing when I worked for a fashion clothing business in London it went bankrupt and I actually got a huge pay out as a production assistant that then was left without an income because of the company bankruptcy, the payout came through the government I think (it was a third party managing the insolvency) not the fashion company itself, Hope this helps! Sister how do you tie your niqab under your jilbab?
AssalamuAlaikum sis, first I put the Niqab on and tie it at the back of my head and then I put on my Jilbab and tie it up too. Then just pull the Niqab out at the front as the front of it would usually be trapped under the Jilbab at the front. Hope that makes sense 😬💐

Women are allowed to wear burqa in the UK. I thought it was banned?
No it's not banned in the UK, it's banned in France. I think UK would have to ban the youth from wearing balaclavas first before they ban the burqa 😂 Almost every teenager is walking around in balaclavas with swords around here.

Walaikumsalaam Warahmatullah sis, yes I've mentioned quite a few times on my channel that it's 100% female only Gym/Sauna/Spa Alhumdulillah. I've been asked several times how I dress for the gym and I've always said there is no attire that'll make going to a mixed gym appropriate due to the nature of working out in general. So yes sis, it's defo a women's only facility Alhumdulillah 😊💐
Asalam Alaikum dear sister and thank you for clarifying that! Supper important to make things crystal clear for young generation mixed gym is a massive no and haram. Where is this sisters only gym!? I live in south outside London and nothing like that here! I’m guessing east London?
And I like what you said about no attire would make a mixed gym appropriate, those gyms nowadays are pretty much dirty night clubs!

Walaikumsalaam Warahmatullah sis. So I'm in north North London, I used to live in Dagenham which is where the gym is. It does take me about an hr to drive there, so depending where you are in South you may even be closer, if you're anywhere near Woolwich/Beckton ferry, then dagenham would isn't much of a drive. public transport however would be a mission. I used to come down to south, I think I did hear of something there too a while back. But defo sisters/muslim community should come together to organise something inshaAllah. Also maybe Whitechapel would be easier for you to get to, there are a few ladies only places there too.
Tell me about it! lol May even be worse than a night club at this point. Yes Alhumdulillah, that's why it's worth the drive for me, because I can do my gym, some punch bag time, chill in the sauna and then have a nice swim, I find swimming SO relaxing subhanAllah.

And? Would you say man wearing a dress is British culture? I am English and Muslim and wear my headscarf 🧕 and still am English.. I don’t think England has such a culture anymore, or unless you class men dressed as women as British culture? Or women shaving head to look like a man British culture?
