I used to think I could help the world but now I understand just a little bit that they first have to be ready to change before anything can happen, so now I just relax until someone comes by and actually asks for help and I only give a little bit at a time so not to overwhelm them. So relaxing is a major part in making the world better because if I’m not in the right state of mind even if I have good intentions nothing good comes from my help until I’m in the right state of mind. This is so beautiful, Jon! I'm very happy to hear how many benefits you are experiencing, from the practice, in your life. These are all signs of stepping into a higher vibration. As kimjongun said, as you step into a more positive state, the whole world becomes more positive. Some times we can think we need to "fix the world", but in reality, we are the world. We are creatures of vibration, beings of resonance. Which means that just by taking care of ourselves, we are creating a positive impact on everything and everyone around us. You don't need to change anyone - in fact it's impossible! The only person you have even the slightest chance of changing is yourself. And if you can do that, if you can bring yourself into a higher vibration, you will automatically become a beacon of light and positive influence on those around you. This is why I always say, "working on the Self is the most self-less work that you can do". 🙏

I am a new mummy and ive been struggling a little, which lead me to researching Kundalini yoga, i was abit apprehensive to start...maybe i shouldn't of read certains people's views on the "dangers" of K yoga..... but im on day 3 and i feel light and theres a spring to my step since starting. Today was such a lovely session and much needed after a stressful morning with my 1 year old 😅 During the breath of fire today i felt almost giddy 😂 Anyway thank you ❤
A wonderful session! I felt the energy from my Sacral Chakra emerging like a little bubbling spring from the solid foundation which my Muladhara provides, spilling out into my pelvis! The more i deepen my practice, the more it flows into a bigger river! My sacral chakra is very dear to me, since I am an artist and being in touch with my creative side is like plunging into that energy head-first and then redirecting it into my surroundings by creating and appreciating art 💜✨

I went inwards and did some clearing but still a little edgy. I’m thinking Schumanns resonance is affecting me. What would you recommend? And again thank you.
Some days the energy moves in a way that doesn't always make us feel amazing. In fact some days it can become very uncomfortable - I'm going to talk a bit more about this in a later video. This is part of the practice. This is part of life. Life is not always comfortable, and in the same way, neither is the practice. However, whether we feel elated, sad, angry, restless - or get diarrhea! These are all signs that the energy is moving and something is shifting inside of us. My teacher used to always say, "celebrate the symptoms, for they are proof that the practice is working". I would encourage you to aim to achieve a state of equanimity. Realize that everything in this life is temporary and in a constant state of flux. In this way, instead of trying to suppress or avoid unpleasant experiences, try to perceive both the pleasant and unpleasant moments as of equal value.
I would suggest you to keep your hands on the ground and straighten you legs to whatever capacity is available. In time, as flexibility allows, you will find them getting straighter and straighter ;)
Probably not. Most people really struggle to go into the parasympathetic nervous system and some to a state of balance. Even in this series, I am only doing 4min Savasanas to keep the classes as short as possible. 4 min is the absolute minimum! For you Leigh, I would recommend at least 10 minutes after each class of deep relaxation.

Excellent practice! What if during Frog one can either keep the fingers on the ground OR straighten the legs?
I would suggest you to keep your hands on the ground and straighten you legs to whatever capacity is available. In time, as flexibility allows, you will find them getting straighter and straighter ;)
