Did Tatum figure something out late in this game? Where do Pacers go from here?

One huge difference between Domas & Tyrese is durability Domas misses no time & sometimes the best ability is durability I think pacers go home go back to the drawing board & figure out how to get game 3 & just take it one game at a time but if Tyrese is out it's def over probably in 4

Tyrese hurt his hamstring twice against the Celtics

Jaylen Brown saw he didn’t make an All-NBA team so he turned into Prime Kobe

“Availability is the best ability,”--Morgan ragan on a podcast. Tyrese is proving to be rather fragile early in his career.

I think it’s over for the Pacers

The Celtics have more physical guards. That’s the big difference.

Would you label Haliburton as injury prone, or is it freak accidents? I remember when he almost blew his knee out against the Mavs as a king, then did the splits against Boston where hurt his hammy and re injured the same hammy against Boston again. I think he’s injury prone.

So far his track record would suggest he is very fragile.

We felt the same about waiving a white flag in a winnable game - something very weird and it is a first I saw from Pacers since Rick joined a team, very uncharacteristic, I think there is something going on that we can’t see and Rick tried to hide it behind of lame excuse like Pascal was tired and that he wanted to see other guys?! Pascal never gets tired and to see those guys in a game 2 ECF down 13 points?! He could use them in other games against bucks and Knicks which were obviously out of the reach. So Pacer nation there are more bad news will come up besides Hali injury. Nembhard and TJ are capable to step up still they just need to turn a dawg mode on. Next man up mentality, look at Knicks as an example.

Yeah, I didnt get it at all. This isnt a regular season game in December--this is the conference finals!

If McDermott sees the floor, Pacers have waived the white flag.

Turner was absent for huge stretches both on the court and off it. Celtics kept 3 starters at all times and the Pacers were countering with 4 bench players. You can't have Shepphard defending Tatum

Another observation - why Pascal did not explore Horford and abuse him with spins and mid rangers

A new insight for me, but apparently not for the internet - compare Rick Carlisle to Jim Carrey’s Fire Marshal Bill character from In Living Color. It’s uncanny.

Haliburton is an awkward player. He take long strides in his footwork trying to get himself open. Not supposed to bend that way.

Man this path for the Celtics to the finals has been so unserious. The east needs to step up because man is it wide open outside the Celtics.

Pacers had a chance if they would have won in game 1 but they have absolutely no composure. Must be nice for the Celtics to make it to the Finals and the only enemy they really gotta deal with is themselves. They choke every year so I'd like to see that streak continue. 😂

I guess my concern is how effective will he be with a hamstring issue especially with him being targeted defensively. Its a tough blow.

@@DeuceandMo He is extremely fatigued, I don’t think anyone knows the extent of the hammy at this time, sore could mean anything. A lot of the Pacers misses were short like they ran out of gas. This is JMO. In that particular game 13 points may as well have been 25. The Celtics were getting to the line, we can’t defend them if Turner and Nesmith are out with fouls, I just think with those factors, the foul trouble and hammy Rick packed it in to try to protect home court.
