Aman Dillon brother you did perfect job. Here in UK I brought 2013/14 Seat Altea XL 2.0tdi Engine Code CFHC (VW group) one year ago. Car was in great condition outside and inside engine in good condition even like new with 90k mileage. BUT with two problems one is emission light is ON which means throttle body pedal sensor or DPF filter problem and 2nd problem was air bag light On with no horn sound. I got very cheap cause of these problems but here in UK Very costy Job around £2000 with dealers e.g. throttle body part £300, squib clock spring £290, egr valve around £300. PLUS LABOUR same as all parts price 😝 and may be need changing plastic manifold (which you dismantled and cleaned). I take car here n there to mechanics. All mechanics gave different clues but nobody want to clean the system like you did. All mechanics said need new parts. So at the end DESI MECHANICS friend of mine did the job exactly same as you and i gave him hand means help him cleaning and dismantling (because he's very very busy mechanic and MOT tester). Just cost me £45. 2nd problem was squib clock spring bought 2nd hand with same part number £40 very very cheap and fitting and coding £50. Total cost me £135. New parts plus dealers fitting jobs near 2K. Why I write whole story here because here no one interested to clean (messy job) all wants new parts and money😎. I always watch your youtube videos. Our Desi Mechanics pak/indo they have great knowledge and Desi methods / JUGGAR to do the jobs. Welldone keep it up good work bro love 💖 u from UK

Very nice work. By the way, VAG recommend the valve/port to have the Opening directed towards the manifoil. This is done og VAG services upgrades. You may have to grind a small bit to turn it 180 degrees. Will make much less black Carbon. Edit: the valve/port at 4:45 .
Hi, I have Vento 1.5 TDi 2016 model and I am experiencing low pick up from sometime. How was your experience of cleaning throttle valve and intake. Did you observe any considerable difference after cleaning it. If yes please mention what did you observe.
Sir my EGR getting clogged at evry 10-11k kilometres Don't know the reason why so much carbon deposit in my egr My turbo is in very good condition and no other symptoms like white or black smoke... Plz sir can you please tell me the reason

Yes brother this complete soot is coming from the EGR unit so you can imagine how much carbon deposited inside the EGR VALVE.

After cleaning the intakes you have to recallibrate the throttle, EGR and Turbo again.

Why was there fuel on those injectors? Are they leaking or is this normal for a Rapid?
That was due to the process of bleeding after opening the rail assembly.

Cranking the car with the injector sensors taken out, doesn't that produce a fault code?
It will, but this is the process.
After bleeding the air completely, we will start the engine and later on clear the codes too.
