PS1's are far more expressive like a cartoon or comic book, a perfect fit for this type of game.
Vicarious Visions' variations look more polished and have smoother animation, but Naughty Dog's look more expressive and have better comedic timing, in my opinion.
More expression?! Hahaha, compare the cutscenes and coco’s expressions.

I disagree. Vicarious Visions did a great job with the attention to detail. Some of the attention to detail in the N-sane trilogy looks better than the original trilogy.
My question is what happened to the OG Crash 1 death animation? Also why doesn’t Crash play the Didgeridoo when he is a spirit?

Apenas me dio cuenta que son las mejores las originales porque en el n.sane trilogy la mayoría son ángel y casi no me gustas bueno a la animación del ángel si pero que la pongan muchas veces no es como si esa animación la sobreexplotaran
Lo raro es que sólo cambiaron sólo 4 al ángel.
En el crash bandicoot 1, la original, la mayoria de las muertes son con la pantalla negra con crash cayendo de espaldas.
I wish they retained the first one in the original game where Crash spins and the camera zooms on him and the background turns all black. The metal-like sound is so nostalgic too. The angel animation is cheesy.

It's nice how most are similar in both, but it usually feels like something very minor is modding on the N. Sane Trilogy versions, and I don't know what it is.

Weird how some of crash’s deaths end with him turning into an angel in n sane while in the originals he gets flattened or a black screen surrounds him.
that's partly because deaths in similar circumstances have been updated in the later games since the 1st one, and the N sane Trilogy uses the updated versions already in the 1st game

Peppino and Wesker: Friends Forever Club Im talking about the fact that censoring for certain games that are aimed at kids now are worse when it comes to censoring. You can see that when crash explodes, only his shoes come down in the remake. In the original his eyes fall to the ground too.

The original looked better in my opinion. There was more attention put into the expressions of Crash, not to mention the fact that because he doesn't has that realistic textures all that cartoony stuff feels more natural in my opinion (that's why I love the art direction of Crash 4 it's about time)

Well PC could try to restore a few of the problems with mods but the other problem is the dialogue and sounds.
They did a pretty good job but they kinda overused the angel crash animation in the new one
