This was sadly probably the beginning of Lemmy's healthy starting to fade, and the fucking stars they are Wurzel & Campbell slowed the tempo down a notch for the fucking king of rock and roll........He couldn't keep up and they made him sound as good as he could...they loved each other and I loved all of them from past and present.....Best band in the world ever thank u Sir Lemmy..........Loved seen that one day being offered a knight hood he would have told them fuck off.
The last time I saw Motorhead was Jan 2011 (my 20th show), and Lemmy had substantially slowed down since my previous show in summer 2009 (when he was still going full-throttle). The writing was on the wall, as much as I didn't want to admit it.

I truly bought into Lemmys lyrical switch on Ace of Spades when he sang " I dont want to live forever, but apparently I am ". That song is one the majority of avid Motorhead fans learned to loathe and not love, same as the band themselves fetl compelled to include it in most song lists. Its kinda like when you ask a person not so much into Rock or Metal what their favourite Metallica song is and of course the only one they know is Enter Sandman. Which is just nauseous for me now after hearing a hundred times played badly across a whole host of Rock bars. Stay safe and keep Motorhead vibe alive.
The last year when Motörhead really kicked ass. Lems health was still good. 2013 he started the decline. which is sad. never forget seeing them in 2013 and 3 months before his death. almost too the day.
