I love your carving on the frame! I went for painting 'mammen men faces' and painting a raven on each side of the canvas with mine. For an event this past April I extended an awning to the side to make a shaded/ vendor style booth but in a fashion that kept the rectangular base frame. Thanks to your example I think I can change it up so I remove the tripping hazard. Thank you for your clear tutorial! K. Vivian Santa Fe NM ( Estrid Norgaard , the Viking Chick, in period persona)
Watching from a distance as you assemble the various pieces of lumber is one thing, but without closeup shots of the entire process makes everything moot. Just a suggestion. Skal

The close-ups of the metal pins/sword stakes at the end were also good to present. Nice wookwork as well.
I appreciated the inset views...very helpful.
OMG! Just amazingly awesome!
im building one of these right now. where did you get your canvas? i cant figure out where to get them or how to make them.
@@cameronbennett6721 Got it from korps.se
I built the wooden frame first. Then I sewed the canvas to fit the frame.
This is a really nice tent. May I know the height and width of the tree you used?

Pretty nice tent! What is the size of it?
The base is 3×4.5 meters.
