Oh I'm so glad to see this. I hope your cousin is doing ok. He's in my thoughts. The people who rescued him are true heroes. I survived a house fire with my 4yo daughter. She's now 23yo. Fire still makes my heart skip a beat. Doesn't matter if it's in a fireplace/fire pit, I still have that initial heart pounding moment. I've lived thru a lot in my years, but can tell you that the fire was the most afraid I've ever been. Fire is scary as heck, especially when you are pinned. Glad he got out, with the help of those wonderful folks put themselves in that situation simply to help someone who truly needed it. I wish your cousin all the best and hope his arm heals well for him.

That officer was a true hero. The civilians that stepped in to help were amazing as well. As someone who has lived thru a house fire, I can tell you how scary fire can be, especially when you are pinned. I hope the man who was in the accident is doing ok. My thoughts are with him.

This is exactly how we want to see police responding: prioritizing life preservation, collecting relevant info for the fire department, and remaining calm. Well done.

Nice rescue work by the officer and civilians who stopped to help. Quick assessment, good decision making, and fast action to deal with situation considering limited resources. Great job by everyone including victim.

With so many bad police state cops out there this is one of the few that understands what it means to really protect and serve. Glad to see this video. Thanks for sharing. Humanity isn't quite lost yet.

You had to go there, huh? Bad cops are the minority, not majority. Just like any profession. Shall we discuss bad military personal? How many innocent people murdered by US military is various wars, PURPOSEFULLY? So just stop your BS.

Good men! Good men! Good men! Restores hope, in what is such a self-centered society. Wishing all well, and the driver, a speedy recovery.

Dang this felt painfully slow at the start with the fire moving in. Surprised all bystanders were not furiously trying to remove all the debris around the driver.
