I now started attending interviews since 2007. While driving my kids will say daddy is listening to happy 😊, I tell them to listen and learn from happy too. Honestly I understand you better than any other videos i have seen and listened too. God bless you . Keep the good work my brother . You got it inside. I am sure I am bringing a smile on your face ,that's all I need 😃
@interviewhappy Sir, I want to express my gratitude for inspiring and motivating me to pursue more job interviews. I had been with the same company for 7.5 years, starting with a package of 2.4 LPA, and through relentless hard work, I managed to grow it to 13 LPA. However, I felt that this didn't adequately compensate for the energy and effort I was putting in. I used to feel apprehensive about interviews, despite my project experience, as I struggled to answer even basic OOPs questions. Your videos served as a source of inspiration, and as a result, I now have a 18 LPA package. The journey has just begun.
Woww bro.. Congrats. Hard work is one thing which we also do in our projects, but it is the COURAGE which is the critical factor for our success. All the best for your future.
I am listening this video again after 3-4 months. this reminds me again the importance of Interviews. Last year I appeared for only 2 interviews in the whole year without any proper preparation. Facing interview bring you close to the reality where do you stand, what is your level of communication even if you don't know answer how can you change the topic. Thanks for this video.
*You are 100% right, this is the best skill more than working skill, my friend has 4.5L, he moved to new job with 9L, as he was not good in working, within 2 months, they fired him as he was not good in his work, again with his cracking interview skill he got one more job with 17L, and he is able to sustain in that company and went to abroad by that company*
Yes sir, it's very important things for every single developer to be must well prepared whether you working or searching job. It is better for job security. Thanks all the best for everyone.

Do you know .Net core? even if .net core 3 then then there is no more diffrence .Net 5/6/7 just create a simple app using new framework you are all set. Reagrding Team Leading Skills : it comes with experience - u will do better with time. go for it
Hi Soniya, I can understand this. Give yourself one month time in the new project. Try it and if it is giving stress, then tell the manager or leave the company. But if you have done it then you will be a new developer with latest skill set. Don't worry, everything gonna be fine.
I need one suggestion you guys are senior guys so please help me to take a decision I'm now in Mindtree it's a good company but the projects which I have worked didn't learn much of .net I've having now 1.7 yrs of exp and my package is 4 lpa and now I got one job which is offering 6.5lpa that company is Hays. Hey Panda, Congrats for getting the offer. I think you should go for it. In next 3 months you will definitely get new offers as your notice period will be less and experience will be 2 years. Then you have more options.
