Mainly because PC isn't consistent with how they approach anything. We've had sets that were 2 years old we thought were done and then we get dumped on. CZ ETBs were reprinted multiple times but we've yet to see a 151 reprint. There really are no clear patterns. This is why I'm always talking about time horizon. I hate trying to time a reprint or price, I'd rather just buy it as low as a can, not chase any prices and sit on it. Keeps maximum enjoyment and minimal stress/hassle.

6:40 in the video can confirm. only ever opened 1 crown zenith etb and it was 2 weeks ago. Pulled origin form palkia Vstar
