Chesil Beach Catch & Cook Pouting Fish Finger Muffins from Scratch! Fishing for Codling in Dorset

Today I return to the Bridging Camp on Chesil Beach making Pouting fish fingers in pan cooked muffins with a tomato & onion chutney. After an early start, the calm weather soon turned a little more seasonal. Catches include Dogfish, Pouting, Codling & of course Conger Eel, hope you enjoy👍🙂
