Yeah, with no PA system working on the specific train they got. That isn’t helpful for visually impaired customers, I wonder if the scrolling screen was working as well?
Hello, nice video. Some feedback if you’re continuing to do these types of videos, please try and do a bit of narration or add a voice over the top for visually impaired viewers, as they won’t be able to see what direction the train is going in or which direction you’re going. For example, if I was to do a video like this, I would say something like a guys, welcome to the video where we’re going to take a Picadilly going train to Green Park, then change for the jubilee line to London Bridge. Apologies if some of these sentences don’t quite make sense, I am using the dictation on an iPhone, which doesn’t always get it right. Thank you though.
