Great to see your videos again! I hope to see more videos weekly or bi weekly like the good ol days! BTW whatever that thing is at 5:32 looked like someone creeping over the ridge lol.
Great to see you back in the comments! It's been a really long winter up here, so I'm really glad to be riding again! I guess you're just going in to winter down there now!
@@FlowmentumMTB oh, then it's prime riding season for you, too! Same temps for me early in the morning when I start the ride. I prefer those cooler temps for climbing. I never even end up drinking 1L of water.
Love your videos Matt! It seems we both like the same type of trails and ride similar, but you probably have better fitness than me right now. Keep 'em coming bro!
Right on! The fitness comes and goes, haha! I don't know how I made it through day 2 here. I did cramp, so there's that. I was also just getting over a cold!
Yeah, not the same overall experience, but also no tourist traffic to worry about in Richfield! Also more elevation vs Sedona which is really more XC... not my favorite type of riding.

Haha, that's EXACTLY what I thought! That was the first "whoa!" Right there. 😆 And yes, I'm planning to make more vids again this year!
Hell yeah, glad you got to make it. Wish Ken and I could of went. It's 8 hours for us. But will be putting it on my list.
Let me know if you do! Spinal Tap would be better shuttled, even if only doing middle & lower. The lower part is your kind of stuff.
@@huntstyle Hell yea I'm down to do the whole thing. Will let you know if I get out there.
@@mikeskiest7817 right on. Might go back in the fall once the snow flies up here. Or St. George that I keep talking about but still haven't been, lol!
@@huntstyle Yeah I would love to go to St. George.
Man, you were flying down those trails! Great riding! Looks like a lot of fun!
You know I love to go fast! I think those trails would be even more fun once you learn them!
Doing Spinal tap this coming May
Awesome, hope you enjoy it!
Great too see you back on the trails Matt, there’s some crazy long runs that look like loads of fun.

@@huntstyle yep and I can’t wait, I live in Queensland, it’s our version of your Florida so our winters are beautiful 50-60f sunny days .

These trails look super fun! Will definitely plan a stop there on next trip headed down from Boise to ride in Utah.
The builders did a great job!
Nice looking trails for sure. One of theses years ill get back out to Utah. I'm doing Gunnison and Crested Butte end of August this year.
Crested Butte is my all-time favorite! I need to make it back out there soon! You're gonna love it!
Great looking trails!
Indeed! Such a beautiful landscape, too!

Looks like fun
I’m definitely go back to Utah check out more trails
Yep, I may go back to Richfield again this spring!
Is that a Jeffsy you were riding? The trails look awesome, you were flying down them.
Sure is! I got the new one now!
Nice
Hi, I'll be there on Wednesday am.
Hey Dude! What time of year / month did you make it out to Richfield for this ride edit?
This was May 20-21
sick!
I think Richfield is top tier. The trails are on par with Sedona, just doesn't have the epic views Sedona has.
Yeah, not the same overall experience, but also no tourist traffic to worry about in Richfield! Also more elevation vs Sedona which is really more XC... not my favorite type of riding.
@@huntstyle Oh wow, I thought it was pretty "enduro"...but yeah, we had to pedal to the top of Spinal Tap, which was a long climb.
@@kirkcheney9090 I meant Sedona is more XC
@@huntstyleI’ve only spent a few days in Sedona, but wouldn’t classify it as XC
Beautiful area...but I thought the trail was lame. :( Boring. And that first couple of miles from the top will rattle your entire body to pieces lol
Really?! I think they're pretty good trails!
