I think he’s going to be moving away from HS content pretty soon, he rarely streams it anymore and he seems to be bored of the game in general. He even took down the illuminated Hearthstone symbol he had hanging up on his wall, you can see it on the floor behind him.

I don’t know how he puts up with playing wild at this point. I pretty much exclusively run into quest warlock, and sometimes quest mage and am usually dead turn 5-7

Minor difference from spell damage, Voidtouched will add one more to any instance of damage. Considering the snake oil does 0 damage, that's not an instance of damage so it doesn't work.
