Here’s a tip! When you’re in a boxing gym and someone says you’re doing it wrong, just tell them it’s how you did it for Muay Thai, apply to every different gym you go say it’s a different style lol
@abdullahzubair1112 the idea is that it pads your knuckles and also helps stabilize your wrist. As you get tired your wrist is more likely to bend when you punch because you either lose focus or otherwise fail to keep it straight and will result in injury. Also if you have softer skin that breaks easy then this is a good way to build up skin thickness without bleeding every time

Also Verses are not to be taken out of context, when Jesus said that we cant serve 2 masters, He was talking about money, not about religions or anything else, we cant serve God and money but He did disrespect every religion cos religion is fake and tells you to work for Salvation while Jesus says that He did the work and all you have to do is Believe that only Jesus and His finished work can Save you, nothing and no one else but Jesus alone. @@proudkaafir5126this is actually a pretty common wrap in boxing, and a lot of people use this much wrap. the wrap is squishy, so its easy to make a fist. edit: as that one guy pointed out, you dont even need to make a fist, got confused with kickboxing wraps
I mean.. yeah.. you dont actually make a fist with boxing gloves. Mma style gloves are better anyway, 16 ounce weight in the palm, sand in the knuckle pad, lends authority to the strike and supports the knuckles vs a big chunk of foam that reduces your ability to strike effectively and looks dumb as hell

From what I've seen, this is how most people do it. However, if you have big ass knuckles from doing any hand hardening sessions, I would suggest wrapping around your knuckles more. Trust me, knuckle injuries are serious in America, you don't wanna have to suffer giving up.. A couple thousand bucks.

Also as a boxer you should know that the wraps aren’t even for cushioning, they’re just to stabilise your hand and prevent ligament injuries mostly. The gloves are the ones that are the cushioning
you do know wraps aren’t for padding right, the gloves are the padding, wraps are just to stabilise the hand soo as they don’t break or get ligament damage

This is exactly how i use to do after maybe watching a video on it. But then i felt that these boxing tapes were stopping me from becoming strong. So i removed them and started punching the box directly and i didn't get hurt

Good wrap. i do about the same technique in wrapping except after the pointer finger wrap, I go straight to the wrist then secure my knuckles and wrist.
