FIRE!!!! Yes yes John and his band of extraordinary musicians and singers are freaking awesome!!!! Thank you Torben for another entertaining reaction. You appreciated and knowledge you bring is infectious...lol John is renowned for the credit he always shows to his band etc....and let's include the audience who he just loved to bits. We aew so blessed to have all this footage of our LEGNED~ Oh have you seen him do a little light opera yet" Check out 'Grenada' from The Main Event with another Aussie legend Anthony Warlow...who decided to teach John another Genre....lol Would love to see your reaction to that lol
Thanks for doing my request Torben 😊👍 I thought you might like this one as you are a musician and this one is packed with incredible instrumentals. John and the whole band are so good!!! 33 1/3 is my favourite Farnsey album. It just has great vibes and puts me in a good mood no matter what 😊 His voice was made for the soul, blues, and funk sounds of this album. My favourite is I Can't Get Next To You. So bluesy, I love it!! I will add a link of John from 2018 singing Pressure Down if you would like more live performances. Thanks again Torben. This made my night 😊❤❤
Yes, the concert tour from this album was in 2000. John and all of them are fantastic in this. He is scatting, he does not hit one wrong note. Brett and Stu Fraser are 2 of the best guitarists in the world. Thanks Torben ❤️❤️ The whole concert is worth watching. 🥰
Torben, you may like to know that John, the cornet player here, used to be a member of Frank Sinatra’s band. He’s amazing! Also, I recommend that you look up RUclips for Brett Garsed and the late Stuart Fraser. (He passed in 2019 from lung cancer.) They played together sometimes outside of the JF band and Brett did a homage to his friend. Stuart had been a member of “Noiseworks”, along with vocalist Jon Stevens. You may have seen Jon on YT as Judas in the performance of “Everything’s Alright” from “Jesus Christ Superstsr” with Kate Ceberano and John Farnham.
Hi Torben, I'm new to your channel but here to stay, love your reactions, this is how John's music is meant to be felt. 😊
It’s fantastic hey !
Thanks Mate
great choice Narelle 😍
Some of the best musicians the world has never seen. Yay for RUclips
John is not under-rated, he's under-exposed. Thanks for a great reaction.
