That's the event rpg from diango's toy store in draynor village. Anyone can buy them and they are best in slot for training obby maulers prior to 60 strength. They are also great melee weapons alongside the obby maul if you don't have 55 slayer for the slayer's staff (long grind). Obby maulers don't want to use ranged too often because they can only afford to get up to ~66 range (at 99 strength 1 attack) before gaining combat levels.

I guess you didn't see how HP lol he didn't really Quest or prod much
fight arena, tree gnome village, witches house, vamp slayer, waterfall quest - you can speedrun all this in about 1 hour and get 25hp, 41 attack, 30 str. Then you cannon rock crabs (or maybe sand crabs these days - idk) for range, and get your HP levels from melee. Witches house is optional.
you'd need stam pots/energy restores to do it in 1 hour.. but 41-40 attack isn't that fast. It's gonna take a few hours at least.

i see a lot of diferent opinions about this, im a venezuela guy and i might explain some stuff.
1 fix our economy ---- Well we cant, we are not under a democracy in fact nicolas maduro is a dictator.
