We went to my sister's house for a cook out,we got rained out. It was just a gentle rain, but nobody minded. She has a wonderful room with doors and windows on 3 sides that overlook the lake and beautiful yard/garden. I love watching the Rain dance on the water.
I love this! So beautiful! I will be making some for sure on my Merry Monday videos. I am stash building for Christmas as well. Thanks for sharing! 🎁🎅🏻🎄⭐️
Well done, Gi!! U always make things appear so easy. I am going to make a couple as happy mail & send off in mid Nov. One thing I have done befor to my blade on my cutter, is take some aluminum foil & fold it over a couple of times. Then place it on ur cutter & run the blade over it numerous times. It will sharpen the blade. Then try to cut ur paper always with the blade at the top & run it down. Seems to cut much nicer that way. Hope that trick helps u get some more use from ur blade. ♥️ 🇨🇦
Hi Gi Thankyou so much. You are so inspirational and your videos are clear and concise and really easy to follow. Cheers hun for all of your wonderful efforts in educating us in crafting.
It is better sooner than later, not so rushed, trying to get things finished in time for Christmas. Here in South Africa we are in Winter and it is going to be snowing in quite a few areas tomorrow. Enjoy your summer!
One trick I used to use with specialty threads and ribbon was to coat the ends with clear fingernail polish. Much easier to thread and keep ends together.
The blended thread is easier to thread into the needle if you melt the ends together first. Or just use a needle threader. This journal is great for your Christmas shopping lists.
GI, I think we have a bit in common… I like my texts to be going the right way. Although you’re better than I am; you can accept if it’s not. I love your work! 🤗💖🦋
This turned our just perfect. I love the music and how you did the pockets. Simple but beautiful. What was the fabric you used...gauze, cheesecloth? ... I love it. 🥰
I love this. Thank you for keeping on inspiring us and sharing your skills and talent with us Gi. Now, since it’s Christmasy theme video, I believe it’s appropriate for me to ask here about one of your old Christmas projects that is absolutely magical - Sparkles and Spices - the one you did a year or two years back for Christmas in collaboration with some other crafters. I searched through all Christmas themes and Friday freebie sections in your Etsy shop but could not find it. I am dying to do that project, little Christmas spices sachets, can you please help? I am happy to pay for downloads of course, I just can’t find it anywhere.
Another beautiful project. I’m just curious, your materials are coffee dyed so I assume that they look brown in the natural but they show up a pretty green on the screen. Do they look brown to you?
Thank you, I added a video linked below shows me dyeing it and i thought the same thing. The cards i did looks coffee stained but the fabric has a green hue to it. Don't know why! ruclips.net/video/HYY0kcOU11Q/видео.html
