@@dystopia2641i did my interview not too long ago and was supposed to have my orientation. I attended the interview and was stunned to see it was a group interview with 70 other people. Phase 1 they asked 2 questions. Phase 2 they told you about vector. I still didn’t understand exactly what I would do. phase 3: then they asked questions through a google form. phase 4: finally the interview and they gave me the job pretty instantly. Then they scheduled my unpaid training. The thing I didn’t like is that there was no job stability. You identify your own list of people to reach out to (mlm) and then you sell knives to those ppl (honestly the quality is average and they are so damn expensive). You arent paid for the time it takes to call ppl to set up appointments or anything else other than just the appointments. I think this is stupid. Vector should provide you with a list of ppl to reach out to and should pay you for all your time and training. What did u think of it
@@dhehbdh473 Sounds like you just don't like the idea of working as an independent contractor (who has more room for unlimited potential but carries a bit more risk) vs working as an employee (who is paid hourly and those hours are determined by a boss with a finite amount of money being able to be earned.) And that's ok - not everything is for everybody. We wish you the best in finding something that suits you better. ~Stephanie
Okay guys I work for vector, and I understand it may sound like a pyramid scheme but as someone who actually work for them I can honestly say it's not a scam. Vector has helped me so much with my communication skills, confidence & more. The team is literally my 2nd family!
