The unit study we have done recently is volcano. The PreK curriculum has a new edition, the practice sheet and the activity folder you got work with the new edition, hope the course book you have is the new edition as well.
Me and my two kindergarteners have been doing wind and waves this year and have loved it. Especially learning about hurricanes and tornadoes since we live in Florida and experience both.

My good and beautiful science units are on my list to try out for the next school year. This year we used the Zoey and Sassafras series for science and created a study around the topic in each book. This semester we’re using the book series Greetings from somewhere and studying a different country each month. We’re learning about Italy this month!

We are loving the fields and flowers little hearts and hands unit. It has us outside and exploring more than we used to and I love that about it along with the videos!
Is this something you could do over the summer as a light and easy curriculum without a lot of prep? I'd love to do a simple science that you can do outside a lot and doesn't stress mom out w gathering supplies and prepping projects lol. Thanks!
@@samanthashirley206 100%! Very simple, and love the videos that come along with it. You can choose to do the extra experiments or activities if you wish but not a big deal, in my opinion, if you don’t.
My girls and I love TG&TB! It works amazing for us. Unfortunately , we wasn't able to get science this year. I have had my eyes on this new release and all the other little hearts and hands science units. I hoping that we will be able to do them next year or at least this one. Keep your fingers crossed. Our favorite unit this past year was insects. I have 2 girls and didn’t know how it was going to go but they’re absolutely obsessed and were to name over 30 different creepy crawlies. PreK

So fun. We have already done and loved their full space unit. But I thought The Hearts and Hands looked fab. I loved that that it has other aspects too. We are finishing up TGTB Birds unit and we have enjoyed that too!

I’m glad you shared information on the Good and the Beautiful, the reviews I’ve seen have all been for older children. I have 2 yr old twin grandsons that are almost 3 and I think those board books would be perfect for them.. We are finishing up the Winter Knowledge Crate and they had fun learning about Penguins and Polar Bears. It’s been raining so much lately, that I think we are going to start in rainbows and Noah’s Ark and rain of course .. We just finished motion and Simple machines and will be doing birds next. My kids loved Simple machines.
I really want to do that unit with the kids!

We started Marine Biology this week and so far loving. It's our 1st TGTB science unit. I have been looking at the little hearts & science for my 6 yr old with Down syndrome. They look so beautiful, so choosing one is so hard lol
