Love all your work and the colour schemes you use. Very elegant colours. Am I right in saying, that for this technique, low viscosity resin is not good? For I've tried it and the resin couldn't reach the centre. So I think, a medium viscosity resin with a longer working time is better, for the resin to keep moving. Bought molds from Molds & Shapes, they're just beautiful.
Petra, I’ve been watching resin videos for a long time and been doing some resin work, on a small scale, for a few years. Your work is just exceptional. I enjoy not only seeing your work, but listening to your videos. Your voice is very soothing. We had an American painter here by the name of Bob Ross and his voice was the same… very soothing… Ty for sharing.
I saw this on Instagram earlier today and was so excited to see your video. This is absolutely stunning Petra, that chameleon blue with the black and the interference gold just glows. Truly beautiful piece of art.
Thank you so much my dear Patricia. I am thinking of making another one. I ran out of the white gold spirea from Laura but certainly worth a try how it reacts with other interference gold micas. 💙
@@PetisHomeart I still plan to send you a thank you. I’m just a bit of a procrastinator… still behind on diy Christmas gifts for family haha. Uggh I’m a lucky woman to have such an understanding loving family that puts up with my quirks haha
*_THAT_** IS GLORIOUS,* Petra! WOWWW! 💕😍❤ I LOVE that gorgeous blue mixed in the black, and then the interference gold! Yummy! Yes, you said "spirea" correctly! 😊💕
Wonderful. Incredibly beautiful. Dear Petra, I have never seen this high relief effect in anyone's work. This is the first time I see such a deeply embossed image in your video. I congratulate you and greet you with love. 🥰😍😘❤👏🙏
Oh Thank you so much for such a beautiful compliment. I did this type of bowl one year ago (maybe you want to watch video 268). I think I will be doing a coaster set with this effect too. 💙

Oh Thank you so much my dear DM. Art and what you like or not like is just a personal thing and it is also good. Imagine everyone would do the same thing? Then there is no variety any more. However, I am very very Happy you like my pour. Thank you so much 💙
Hello from Littlestown Pennsylvania USA. This is so very beautiful. Your work is amazing. Thank you for sharing your talent. When you use silicone in your bowl does it leave a film on your work. I have never tried to do a bowl for this reason. Worried if I did not use silicone it would get stuck and / or ruin the back of my bowl with marks from the silicone.
@petragerbracht thank you for responding. I have a mold now I am waiting for it to get to the soft point that I can mold it into a bowl. Thank you agin
I could sit here all day and watch you create these beautiful masterpieces. Another stunning bowl😍😍😍

Yes, just give it a try. It is not difficult. You only need to have a medium viscosity resin with a long working time 💙
so beautiful
Unfortunately I'm not a big crackle effect fan but this is amazing! Beautiful color and just the perfect amount of texture.
Oh Thank you so much my dear DM. Art and what you like or not like is just a personal thing and it is also good. Imagine everyone would do the same thing? Then there is no variety any more. However, I am very very Happy you like my pour. Thank you so much 💙
Dear petra ive done this technique before with low viscosity resin and it was realy lovely, of course not as much as yours 😍 thanks for sharing
yes, the webeffect also works with low viscosity resin but for metallic powders I prefer the medium viscosity resin 💙💙💙💙
Beautiful I’m hoping to create this soon 😍
Good Luck. I wished I could see it 💙
Wish you had a list of the paints you are using, you are going to fast love your projects
Please check my description box. I mention all the pigments I used ❤️
Absolutely stunning. I love the colors. I am new and wonder if you have a store where you sell your art pieces? TIA
No, I do not have a store. I sometimes go on markets. 💙
omg wow xx

When I am shaping the bowl I use silicone oil. It leaves a oily trace at the back but you can wipe it off. Silicone does not stick to resin 💙

@conniegray6121 Hope you had success with your bowl ♥️
Petra can I ask what was the quantity of coloured pigments in this and the clear amount please 😍
I never measure the quantities for this effect. I always go from the feeling 😅
Stunning!
Beautiful, love the colors.
Gorgeous ❤
Thank you very much 💙
Petra can I ask what was the quantity of coloured pigments in this and the clear amount please 😍
With this technique I never take quantities. I just go with my feeling. 💙
