- I realized this isn't really something we as piercers discuss much- but exactly what does happen to those old second and third lobes as we stretch our ears quite large. Where do they go?

Thank you so much for explaining this! I had no idea this was a thing. I didn't even know stretching your lobes would affect your other piercings. Great info, and the pictures were really helpful in understanding as well
I'm so glad to see education on this, I'm currently working on a triple stretched lobe set up, the goals are 16 mm firsts, 10 mm seconds, and 4-6 mm thirds. As it stands, I'm at 14mm, 6mm, and 1.2 mm. Now I know part of the reason it's so hard to find pics of similar setups is because people's first lobes swallow their other piercings, which totally makes sense lol

I had to stop stretching at 1/2" because I like my 2nd-4th lobe piercings too much to lose any of them
Your ear weights are beautiful!! I have a question. I’m currently at a size 0 & have been using tunnels. I bought some weights for my ears & it caused me to have a keloid or a bump. How do I heal it? I’m back in my tunnels now & have been cleaning them. How can I prevent this from happening again? Please help 🖤

I have the channel for my 10ga tongue piercing in the middle of my tongue split. I never realized it had been crookedly pierced until I split my tongue. It's still open, too. Freaks me out! Lol
Could you cut the tiny amount of skin i between if it does start getting nasty?
@@emmyfox2304 it usually doesn’t get to a place where you’d cut it it just kinda…..rolls into the existing bigger piercing if that makes sense?
I’m currently at 17mm and 18mm. I want to get to 1 inch (25mm) at what point would I need to remove my other lobe piercings? There is still a small distance 3-4mm between them and the stretched lobe channel currently. Also would they impact the way my lobe stretches?
@@ollydeackes6446 that point is gonna be totally dependent on anatomy and how your ear stretches. Kinda impossible to say without assessing your ear in person!

I have a question about ear stretching.
my earlobe is a little low. but they wont close and there is no option of dermal punch or piercing with large needle(This are not available in Turkey). should I get pierced again and stretch that even my lobes have holes
Omg noooo i was like a little suspicious about my seconds and I was wondering if they were safe because im planning on going up to 20 mm (currently at 12) and the space between them keeps getting smaller!!! I love all my piercings and I'd hate to see any of my babies go but should i let my seconds close until im done stretching?? Or should I wait till a little later?? Because I still have a good chunk of space but sometimes the differentiation between the stretched ones and my seconds isnt even noticeable.
Is there any way to avoid this (like asking for further innitial pierced seconds?) that couldve stopped this? I just feels so bad about all that effort put into keeping them safe & open.
They don’t « go » anywhere… they are being stretched
I'm at 00g and I recently got my second lobe peirced. My stretched peircing started hurting. (I don't plan on going bigger)
