Not my capture. Was previously uploaded by someone else as part of the opening for the 1999 UK VHS or Waking Ned (1998).
Upload scheduled on the same day and [roughtly the same] time as the 2015 upload of the Pathé version on the 2000 UK VHS of Chicken Run (2000):

Bad fps because the quality of the frame per seconds is 10 or 12fps
Can someone fix the fps?!

The video this originally was a part of had this low framerate. I can't filter it to look like a proper 25 or 50 fps (This is a PAL thingy, after all.) so... yeah.

Well, i would have to edit the video with my MeGUI software.
(It's on my PC I think?)
