Hi rethish. How are you? As much as I want to help you my knowledge about recruitment is limited. I was hired directly from the Philippines in 2008.
But if you are already in the UAE. You can get recruited via the ddf website at www.dubaidutyfree.com check out the careers... But at the moment I've heared that recruitment was temporarily on hold due to current pandemic.

i need information about duty free marchandiser uniforms...merchandiser also wear these same unifrm...????
No. They dont wear the same uniform. External merchandisers wears gray jacket. But you can notice them with "EXTERNAL PROMOTER" written on the left side of their chest.

@@muhammadibrar899 if the merchandiser is also duty free staff. The uniform will be decided by the company handling them. But if the merchandiser is not ddf staff then the uniform is color gray
