I made these! I had some leftover 60% dark chocolate chips from making cookies so I used that - if you’re using dark chocolate like me, I suppose using more sugar would be better. Also, when kneading after incorporating the butter, be patient and try to really get the dough smooth and almost glossy / shiny. It really helps the texture of the bread. Aside from that, it was delicious and my family loved it. The tear-away aspect was fun too. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
@@karinapin4092 hi! i don't have a mixer so i hand knead all my doughs. i imagine this will be easier with a mixer that has a dough hook attachment, just be sure to watch out for the texture of the dough (should be smooth, glossy)! good luck!

Hey! It's a bit sad that this channel is no asmr channel anymore. The amount of jumpcuts and their pacing is very hectic. The focus is now on getting as fast as possible to the end result. No focus on the sound, the different consistency of ingredients and their mixing. No careful and calm movements anymore. The videos from one year ago and older are far more charming and relaxing. They had closer close ups, soft cuts and a asmr focus. Now this is a pure cooking channel. I would be very happy, if it becomes an asmr channel again.

치즈 쿠키부터 잘 따라하면서 시청하고 있었어요. 이것도 도전해보고 있는데 지금 휴지중인데 제꺼는 크기가 조금도 커지지않네요ㅠ 뭐가 문제일까요ㅠ 집안 온도가 너무 낮아서인것 같기도하고ㅠ
27도 정도의 따뜻한 곳에서 발효를 해야 잘 올라오는 것 같아요~
오븐에 발효기능이 있으시다면 사용하시면 좋고 뜨거운 물과 함께 오븐안에 넣어 발효해도 좋더라구요~
@@Cooking_tree 오븐에 warm 기능켜고 넣어놨더니 약간 부풀었는데 구웠더니 세갈래가 안되고 머핀인줄ㅋㅋㅋ 열심히해서 세갈래가 나올때까지!ㅋㅋ 항상 영상 잘 보고 있습니다~ 해외사는데 도움이 많이 되어요!

저는 오븐에 발효기능이 있어서 사용했어요~
발효 할때는 따뜻한 곳에서 해야 하는데 50도 정도의 따뜻한 물이 담긴 볼 위에 올려 발효해도 좋답니다~
