Erin Hubert: Leadership 2024 Honoree

We are pleased to announce Erin Hubert as our first Leadership Award honoree. A native Oregonian who has served as a pioneering inspiration for women in sports management, Erin truly exemplifies the SHE FLIES spirit. Notably, Erin was the first woman to join the sales team with the Portland Trail Blazers and later made history again by becoming the first woman in the NBA to be named to a top leadership position as the team’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. Considering her background, it’s no surprise Erin has been such a staunch advocate for young women and their pursuits to advance professionally. Though now semi-retired, Erin continues to make a difference through her consulting work for Related Northwest and its work as a low-to-middle-income housing developer. Her leadership style is not only inspiration, but it’s down-to-earth and approachable. It is an honor to celebrate Erin Hubert as our first Leadership Award honoree.
