Their ankles and legs and so strong 💪 If a regular person went over on their ankle like that you would most likely have a more serious injury, ballerinas spend years training their feet and ankles,legs to be strong and to have maximum control . I love ballet and was pretty good as a kid but i was in a car accident and got a very bad injury to my dominant foot and ankle so I couldn't dance on pointe anymore 😢😢 Still love watching ballet though ❤❤

Everyone falls! We were at this seasons nutcracker and our kid was horrified someone fell and I said “no biggie, someone always has to fall, it’s really slippery and if they’re not hurt that’s what counts.” As long as you get back up no one considers it longer than a few seconds of concern.
