Practice. You need to build up lots of muscles to be able to jump super high. First practice a normal split leap then when you can do a normal split leap, try to gain the muscles to jump high. Watch your progress over the year from low to high.

I'm really amazed at classically trained dancers! THEIR SYMMETRY, LINES AND SHAPES ARE SO AWESOME!!! you can vividly see the lines and shapes in their body IT'S LIKE A SCULPTURE!
These boys are just phenomenal. I take ballet and I can barely manage to do a good triple pirouette while these boys are doing like 10 in a row and STAYING!!! AND THEY WERE JUST PLAYING AROUND

I came here after i saw Yuzuru Hanyu and his amazing ice skating skillz. Ballet is perhaps an essential element of iceskating. For good presentation, it's a must.
Anyone learning figure skating watching this video and show lots of admire because their jumps are high and effortless? And they have great spins as well. Couldn't imagine how brilliant they are if they are on ice.
I don't think there is any other type of physical training in the world that is precision enough to enable turns and jumps like this, only ballet that has been evolving through centuries.
They are so cool it hurts! But most of all I liked the guy in black hoodie and the guy in shorts. I really wish I could see them on stage! Just stunning
