If you look at it from a realistic point of view majority of people wont own cars like these its always seems like to make serious money you need to have serious money in the first place which majority of people dont have

Great to see the rich getting richer from the rich and then avoiding paying their taxes and then promoting on RUclips to make more money from views. What a world we live in..
Common people give it a Like and push the algo. Usually from my long time of watching videos in RUclips LOL, you get 10% in likes from total views. Nice insight for someone like me who hopes one day to snatch one of these without being a VIP so I'll beat the customer end rather than buy and sell immediately.
Not familiar with the UK but in the US you'd still have to pay taxes. Capital gains taxes are for investments here, you still have to pay earned income tax on any goods or services you sell that turn a profit.
Love that you’re keeping it for content… however couldn’t you use the £70K profit to make even crazier videos, maybe buy a less new Urus for videos down the line… just a suggestion 😂

I hope you don’t get blacklisted for making this video…another RUclipsr got blacklisted from Ferrari for making a video saying he had to buy another Ferrari (which he didn’t want and immediately sold) just to get a special edition one
Ferrari is stupid about the VIP list. You can't just buy a car unless it is near base models, even if you are willing to pay double. Then, they actually look at their VIP list to ensure those people don't modify or deface their car, or you can't purchase another.
They don't make great cars, and because of this list, I would never go to Ferrari.
As stated, you also sign stating that you will not sell it for x time or only to a dealer.
Then, at the same time, people will register it as a company purchase and then they sell the business, thus selling the car.

If you buy cars with the main purpose being to sell on for a profit then that will likely constitute a trade which IS taxable at normal income rates in the UK. If you buy cars with the main intention of keeping them as an investment asset then capital gains will be tax free.
It's important these two factors are considered as car flippers could land themselves in hot water.
