The green breath thing you're noticing is [Rotting Breath] Worldforged RE inside Razorfen Downs dungeon The meteor however was a one day thing before the on use trinket shown at the end of the video was hotfixed Maybe the new upcoming epic spell Meteor could have similar effect but more realistic dmg numbers

heroic leap seems balanced!
Its the epic RE for 15% fire dmg that makes it insane, most of dmg comes from Blast Wave after the leap
